FRAUD ALERT

We have recently learned that fraudulent phone calls regarding Heritage VISA Check Cards are being generated to our customers. The callers tell customers that their VISA Check Card has been closed or canceled, and directs them to enter their card number, expiration date and 3 digit security code from the back of the card.PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THESE CALLS OR ENTER ANY INFORMATION! This is a fraudulent effort to obtain personal account information. Please call us at 1-757-648-1700 with any questions.

Heritage Bank will never initiate a call to ask you to divulge any of your personal information.

Please call 1-877-ID THEFT (1-877-438-4338) at the Federal Trade Commission if you feel you have been a victim of attempted Identity Theft.
